The Isotonic Drink for Performance
Hydrate Isotonic H30 GoldNutrition® is a sports drink formulated to be absorbed as efficiently as water, while providing energy and electrolytes. Its innovative formula combines different types of sugars, such as dextrose and fructose, in a 2:1 ratio. This matrix allows for optimized absorption and a constant supply of energy, helping to prevent hypoglycaemia.
Superior Hydration and Prevention of Hyponatremia
This isotonic drink has the ideal concentration of sodium to increase fluid absorption and retention, combating dehydration. This factor is crucial for preventing hyponatremia (low sodium levels), a dangerous condition in prolonged exercise.

Directions for use
Mix 2 scoops (35 g) in 500 ml of water and drink in small sips every 15-20 minutes during exercise.
- Up to 2 hours of training: 1 dose/hour
- Between 2 and 3 hours: 2 doses/hour
- After 3 hours: 3 doses/hour
Can be taken continuously throughout the sports season, from the age of 15 onwards, with a dose adjustment.
