HOW TO TAKE:   
Take 1 serving per day (10 g), before, during or after training. To prepare 1 serving, add 1 
scoop to 250 ml of water (lemon flavor. It should be taken before and after training, but it can also be taken during training. This product does not have a specific time for taking it and can be taken throughout competitive season. It is indicated to be taken from 18 years old.
