1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.ekovita.de.
1.2. Customers within the meaning of these GTC are consumers as defined in § 13 BGB (German Civil Code).
1.3. Sales are exclusively made to adults (aged 18 and over).
2.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
2.2. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
2.3. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by means of a confirmation email.
3.1. All prices are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax.
3.2. Shipping costs:
- Germany: €4.95
- EU countries: €14.95
4.1. Delivery is available within Germany and to EU countries.
4.2. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
4.3. The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days within Germany; EU deliveries may take 4-8 business days.

Payment processing is handled by our partners.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
Please note: Sealed products are excluded from withdrawal if the seal has been broken.
The statutory warranty rights for defects apply. Guarantees only exist if expressly stated.
9.1. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
9.2. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
9.3. Any further liability is excluded.

We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, is responsible.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
