How returns work at ekovita

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Should there nevertheless be a reason for a return, you will find all information here:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods – without giving any reason.

Conditions for returns

• The products must be unopened and unused.
• The original packaging must be undamaged.
• Products whose safety seal has been opened or removed are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons.
• The return must take place within 14 days of withdrawal.

How to return your order

1. Send us an e-mail to: shop@ekovita.de
   Subject: Return + Order Number
2. We will send you the return address and instructions for processing.
3. You bear the costs of the return.

Refund of your payment

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund you the purchase amount (incl. shipping costs of standard delivery) within 14 days via the payment method you used.

Please note:
We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return from you.
