5-HTP GoldNutrition® is a food supplement specifically formulated to support mental well-
being  and the normal functioning of the nervous system.  Its formula combines high-purity 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP),  obtained from Griffonia simplicifolia extract, with two essential cofactors: Magnesium and Vitamin B6. 
5-HTP acts as a direct precursor in the synthesis of serotonin, a crucial neurotransmitter in 
the regulation of mood, appetite, and sleep cycles. 
The  differential  of  this  formula  lies  in  its  synergy.  Vitamin  B6  (in  the  form  of pyridoxine hydrochloride)  is  an  indispensable enzymatic cofactor for the conversion of 5-HTP to serotonin. HOW TO TAKE 
Take 1 capsule per day , outside of meals, 20-30 minutes before eating to avoid competition with other amino acids in food , or as directed by a healthcare professional. At higher doses, some people may experience gastrointestinal discomfort, in which case it should be taken with food to improve gastric tolerance
